Content Strategy

As a copywriter on the Uber Eats Creative/Brand team, I owned communications for restaurant-facing materials at a global level. These digital assets helped define the narrative for products that were key to unlocking selection among prospective restaurants.

 

Which is to say, beyond copywriting, I served as a strategic partner to members of the marketing team, as well as sales, legal and comms, and product. Working in tandem with my dedicated design partner, Diana Lee, our output balanced acquisition with education: landing pages, how-to guides, pitch decks, case studies, and in-store collateral (e.g., breakthrough signage and onboarding kits). Some examples are featured below, with more available upon request.
