HASH Magazine

was a digital zine that covered a wide range of indie and upcoming musicians.

After co-founding the brand, I served as Editor in Chief and the principal writer/copy editor for all of its six issues. In addition to providing a unique lens on overlooked genres through in-depth features and reviews, HASH sought to provide a network for emerging artists. The magazine helped orchestrate concert showcases in Brooklyn and Manhattan.

An original layout allowed readers to listen to a playlist of the music featured within each issue, while flipping digital pages. The interactive design was awarded by Mag+ within the arts category. A print edition of the sixth issue of HASH was also successfully crowdfunded via Kickstarter.
